SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC Title 20 as follows
1. Increase SEPA exemption levels as permitted by State Code
2. Modify requirements relating to drive - through facilities within commercial districts
3. Alter front yard setback requirements for commercial properties.
