SUMMARY: This agreement confers authority to the City of Poulsbo Police Department Marine
Patrol to patrol waters within the Bremerton city limits for the purposes of enforcing applicable laws
and ordinances, promoting boating safety, and preventing law and safety violations.
ATTACHMENTS: Interlocal Agreement signed by the City of Poulsbo.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Due to the mutual interest of and benefit to both
parties in public safety for the community, no monetary compensation will be paid for these services.
