SUMMARY: Interlocal agreement to create a collaborative effort between the Bremerton Police
Department and the City of Poulsbo Police Department to enhance joint investigative abilities in order
to more effectively identify, arrest and deter those members of our community involved in the use,
sale, manufacturing and distribution of narcotics, prostitution, gambling or criminal gang activity.
ATTACHMENTS: Interlocal Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Poulsbo to receive from Bremerton a sum equal to
seven percent (7 %) of the yearly drug forfeiture cash and cash proceeds from sales of forfeited
property of all cases.

Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Poulsbo and authorize the Mayor to
