SUMMARY: As part of the storm water improvements and future recreational uses of the Anderson
Cove property, the City's construction project requires the relocation of several utility poles and
construction of sidewalks along Taft Avenue and 1 e Street. These features of the project are more
appropriately frontage improvements and should be constructed in street right of way. There is
insufficient space for these improvements in the current right of way and an additional five (5) feet
needs to be dedicated from the City property.
