SPECIAL MEETING (WORK SESSION) MINUTES
Wednesday, July 24, 2013
A Special Meeting for a Work Session of the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District (TBD)
was called to order in the Council Conference Room located on the 6 h Floor of the NORM DICKS
GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6' Street, Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, July 24, 2013,
immediately following the Council Study Session at 7:25 PM, with the President of the TBD
Board Adam Brockus presiding. TBD Board Members present were Nick Wofford, Carol
Arends, Faye Flemister, Greg Wheeler, Wendy Priest, Leslie Daugs, and Jim McDonald. Board
Member Eric Younger was absent. Also present were Mayor Lent, City Attorney Roger
Lubovich, Public Works $ Utilities Director Chal Martin, and Financial Services Director Becky
Hasart. Council Assistant Christine Grenier was present to provide staff support.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Information Briefing on the "Status of the 2013 TBD Work Plan" No action taken...
2. Presentation on a proposed public hearing and ordinance to approve and adopt the
2014 TBD Revenue and Expenditure Budget Public Hearing at regular August 7
TBD Meeting
3. Information Briefing on °2014 Proposed TBD Work Plan" No action taken...
4. Other General Business of the Bremerton TBD Board was discussed.
With no further business, TBD Chairman Adam Brockus adjourned the meeting at 7:50 PM.
