SUMMARY: Interlocal Agreement with Bainbridge Island for the purpose of providing annual traffic
signal maintenance and repairs to their five flashing lights. Bainbridge Island approached the city last
fall and requested this assistance Contract tern is three years. Pursuant to Chapter 39 34 RCW,
interlocal agreements shall be approved by City Council.
ATTACHMENTS: Interlocal Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Annual Preventative Maintenance will be charged to
Bainbridge Island on a time and material basis. Revenues are estimated to be $4,000 00 annually,
following an initial repair billing of $8,800 00
