SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton has received an offer to purchase the former City field office
located at the comer of SR 304 and Charleston Beach Road The potential purchaser is Brian Lee
Rose and Annette Mark Atkinson. The company has proposed using the budding for a coffee shop/
retail site. The proximity to and exposure of the property to the highway have placed this site above
several others viewed by the company owners.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount). The City will be receiving $140,000 for the property.
As the property was purchased for the SR 304 Transportation Improvement Project which utilized
Washington State funding, Monies from the sale will go to the Street Fund to be used for arterial
street improvements Monies received are required to be used for arterial street improvements within
the City.
