SUMMARY: This is an agreement between the City of Bremerton and Systems Design West, LLC to
provide ambulance billing service. The original agreement was in 1999, renewed in 2004 with one -
year extensions not to exceed a 10 -year period The scope of services has been expanded to include
more detail, the compensation remains the same since 2004, and a record storage policy has been
added There are no financial changes to the agreement.
ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) $36,500 which is in the budget.

Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Systems Design West, LLC and
