SUMMARY: The current Kitsap County Fire Chiefs Association was formed in 1994, but has been in
existence since the 1960's. The Association has been operating with the six fire district/departments
and the county fire marshal The intent of this agreement is to establish this same group as a legal
entity.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) $200 a year which has been budgeted.

Move to approve the Kitsap County Fire Chiefs Association Intedocal Agreement and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
