SUMMARY:
The Parks and Recreation Department has a need for a dedicated person to assist with customer
service, program registration, park and facility reservations and telephone reception Without this
position, our ability to provide timely customer service for these functions will remain a significant
challenge The 75 FTE Office Assistant I will free Recreation Program Coordinator time to work on
Recreation sponsorships and partnerships and help the Department to become more responsive to
the public during all business hours
