SUMMARY. The action before the Council is to conduct a public hearing and pass an ordinance
amending BMC 17 04 to adopt the 2012 editions of the International Budding Code, International
Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, International Property Maintenance Code,
International Fuel Gas Code, and the Uniform Plumbing Code, as amended by the Washington State
Budding Code Council or published by the International Code Council, make minor housekeeping
amendments for proper references in the BMC, and amend the International Property Maintenance
Code
