A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, establishing fines and penalties regarding
rental property registration pursuant to Chapter 5 06 BMC
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Community Development - Rate
Table C to establish fines and penalties relating to rental properties pursuant to Chapter 5 06
BMC, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. Rate Table amended Fines and penalties set forth in Community
Development - Rate Table C as established by Resolution No 3191 are hereby amended and
reestablished herein by this Resolution by adding a new section 8 entitled "Rental Property
Registration Fines & Penalties" and making certain corrections to Rate table C as set forth in the
amended Community Development - Rate Table C, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference
SECTION 2. Effective Date of Section I The establishment of fines and
penalties set forth in Section 1 above shall be effective January 1, 2014
SECTION 3. Severability If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect
SECTION 4. Effective Date This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage
