SUMMARY: The CDBG /HOME Policy Plan is a joint document of the City and County Block Grant
Programs. It sets parameters for the management of our HUD entitlement grant awards, provides
speck information about the policies and regulations for the use of HUD Block Grant funds, includes
the Citizen Participation Plan, and outlines the allocation process. Please see the attached Staff
Memo for the proposed changes to the 2014 Policy Plan.
