SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve Phase I of the Bayside Final Plat located
off of Anderson Hill Road. Preliminary Plat was granted by the Administrative Hearings Examiner in
January of 2007 for the subdivision of 56 acres into 294 lots, associated open space tracts, and
Right -of -Way. This proposal will grant final approval for 124 lots associated open space tracts, and
Right -of -Way. The applicant has met all the conditions of the Preliminary Plat Approval and therefore
the City Engineer and Community Development Director recommend Final Plat Approval.
