SUMMARY: The Bremerton Municipal Court has an Inter -local agreement with Kitsap County
Administration Services to provide security for the courthouse at 550 Park Avenue. The Inter -local
agreement is good for 1 year and can be extended for an additional 12 months with written
notification of the City's intent to extend. This would extend the agreement from March 6, 2013
through March 5, 2014. Compensation will remain the same as the previous year at $57,494 per
year, with uniform and uniform cleaning estimated to be $665.00.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $58,159.00 Adequate funds are currently included
in the 2013 Municipal Court Budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the extension of the Inter -local Agreement between the City of Bremerton and
Kitsap County Administrative Services and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
