SUMMARY:
There is a vacancy on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Revised Code of Washington (RCW)
Title 67 28 and Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) Chapter 2 38 010 (a) both specify that two (2)
representatives from businesses that collect the hotel /motel tax shall serve on the advisory
committee
It is recommended that Jose Maldonado, Baymont Inn, be appointed for the remainder of the
unexpired term held previously by his predecessor Samantha Heinrichs ending April 4, 2015
