SUMMARY: Requests for proposals were prepared, distributed and received in accordance with City
of Bremerton bid procedures Two bids were received S Varick Maintenance, Belfair was the
qualified best bid at $2,285 /month The department requests approval of the Service Agreement for a
period of three years, from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2016, with an additional two, 2 -year extensions
with approval by the PW &U Director

Wastewater, Water Resources, Police and Public Works, and will continue to be budgeted through
the remaining term of the contract
