AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, repealing Ordinance No 5089 relating to
standards for the delivery of public defense services
WHEREAS, new standards for the delivery of public defense services are being
adopted by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, prior to adoption of new public defense standards, the current
standards adopted by Ordinance No 5089 need to be repealed, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. Ordinance No 5089 of the Bremerton Municipal Code relating to
standards for the delivery of public defense services is hereby repealed in its entirety
SECTION2. Severabikty If anyone or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance and the same shall remain in full
force and effect
SECTIONS. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten
(10) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law
