A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, amending and reestablishing fees, fines
and penalties regarding parking and related matters
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend and reestablish the fees, fines and
penalties regarding to parking and related matters set forth in the Municipal Court - Rate Table B
as established by Resolution No 3168, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. Rate Table amended Fees, fines and penalties set forth in
Municipal Court - Rate Table B as established by Resolution No 3168 are hereby amended and
reestablished herein by this Resolution as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference
SECTION 2. ffective Date of Sections I The amendment and restatement of
fees, fines and penalties set forth in Section 1 above shall be effective April 1, 2013
SECTIONS. Severabilyy If anyone or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect
SECTION 4. Effective Date This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage
