SUMMARY The proposed ordinance repeals Chapter 10 10 BMC entitled "Restricted Parking
Zones" and Chapter 10 11 BMC entitled "Parking Enforcement ", and adopts a new chapter, Chapter
10 10 of the Bremerton Municipal Code entitled "Parking Code" The proposed ordinance
consolidates and updates provisions of the existing codes In addition, the proposed ordinance
amends Chapter 11 10 of the Bremerton Municipal Code relating to decommissioning and
recommissioning of driveways and makes other related changes
