LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This letter of agreement is between the Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce and
the Crty of Bremerton
The Crty of Bremerton agrees to pay the Chamber $500 m 2013 for the followuig
sernces
• Support the City m efforts to attract busmess to the City.
• Support the City in rts downtown beatificatYOn efforts
• Provide support to the City's busmesses in promoting theu busmess (e.g
pmmohonal matenals, web site, directory hstings, etc ).
In addition, the City gives the Chamber pernussion to use its logo in furtherance of
the above services T'he Chamber agrees that rt cannot use the logo for pohtical
purposes, adverhsmg or fundrazsing, or for specific busmess marketYng purposes
vv�thout the express pernussion of the City
This agreement is for the period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.
Future agreements may be negotiated durmg October of each year
