Management Control Agreement
Pursuant to the CJIS Securrty Policy Version 5, Sechons 3.2 2 and 5.1, it is agreed that
wrth respect to admuustrahon of that porhon of computer systems and network infrashucture
mterfacing directly or induectly with the state network ACCESS / FBI for the mterstate exchange
of crunuial lustory/cnminal �ustice information, the Bremerton Police Department sha11 have the
authonty, via managed control, to set and enforce
(1) Pnonties
(2) Standards for the selechon, supervision, and ternunation of personnel.
(3) Policy goveming operation of justice systems, computers, access devices, cucwts, hubs,
routers, firewalls, and any other components, includmg encryption, that compnse and
support a telecommutucations network and related crimmal justice systems to include but
not lunrted to cnmuial lustory record/cnminal �usrice uiformation, insofar as the
eqwpment is used to process or transrrut crirYUna1 �ushce systems uiformation
guaranteemg the pnonty, mtegrity, and availability of service needed by the cnminal
�ushce community
(4) Restnction of unauthorized personnel from access or use of equipment accessmg the
Sta.te network
(5) Compliance wrth all rules and regulat�ons of the Bremerton Police Department Policies
and CJIS Security Policy m the operahon of a11 uiformation received.

agency " CJIS Security Policy Version 5 0, Sechon 3 2.
Tlus agreement covers the overall supervision of all Bremerton Police Depa.rtment
systems, applicahons, equipment, systems design, programxrung, and operational procedures
associated wrth the development, implementation, and maintenance of any Bremerton Police
Department system to include NCIC Programs tha.t may be subsequently designed and/or
implemented Bremerton Police Department.
