SUMMARY: The City executed an initial contract with Exeltech to evaluate the Anderson Cove site
The evaluation has been completed and proposed site improvements have been coordinated with
the funding agency, the Department of Ecology (DOE) Staff recommends retaining this consultant
for preparation of a set of plans and specifications and construction management services The
requested action is approval of Amendment No 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with
Exeltech for $80,008 05 This will bring total contract cost to $104,917 60
