SUMMARY: The new property owner for the Eastpark development, Highmark Homes LLC, wishes
to revise lot lines to increase the size of several lots Various utility easements were created for the
City With the recording of the plat of Eastpark, the utility easement was found to be not needed
Staff recommends release of the easements
