SUMMARY: Requests for proposals were prepared, distributed and received in accordance with
City Bid Procedures Three (3) bids were received The low bidder is Merchant Patrol Security
Services, Inc in Bremerton, Washington The Department requests approval of the service
agreement for two (2) years from February 1, 2013 to January 31, 2015 with an additional two (2)
year optional term
