CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, January 23, 2013
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER 345 6 Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at 4 00 PM, with Council President Greg Wheeler
presiding Council Members present were Nick, Wofford, Eric Younger, Carol Arends, Faye
Flemister, Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Leslie Daugs, and Jim McDonald Lori Smith,
Legislative Assistant, was present to provide staff support
President Wheeler emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would
be no opportunities for input or participation, and announced that approved items by Council will
be placed on the February 6, 2013 Council Meeting Agenda, or as indicated

2 Renewal of Excess Liability Insurance with IRONSHORE SPECIALTY INSURANCE, Excess
Workers' Compensation Insurance with SAFETY NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY, and
Crime Insurance with GREAT AMERICAN INSURANCE as bound for 2013 for the City of
Bremerton Consent Agenda
