SUMMARY: City Council approved Amendment No 2 to the Real Estate Purchase and Sale
Agreement with Lorax Partners, LLC for the residential air space on property commonly known as
Park Avenue Plaza on September 5, 2012 Substantial changes have been made to the amendment
since City Council approval and staff is requesting re- approval of Amendment No 2 with the
incorporated changes Amendment No 2 has been executed contingent upon City Council approval
