SUMMARY The action before Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt an Ordinance to
amend BMC Section 20 40 160 and Chapter 20 42 BMC of the Zoning Code relating to medical
marihuana collective gardens within the City and to add a definition for medical marihuana collective
gardens
