SUMMARY The CenCom Policy Board proposes to amend the Interlocal Agreement to the
following areas the funding formula, changes to the agreement can only be made with 60 sixty days
notice, not 30 thirty and to terminate the agreement, the entity would have to give a 180 -day written
notice, the agreement now is for 90 -day period The Mayor, Counalmembers Arends and Wheeler
are the members from the City of Bremerton that sit on the thirteen member board
