SUMMARY. Linda Simpson has been selected to serve on the Planning Commission, with a term
that will expire on December 31, 2014 Planning Commission appointments are normally 4 -year
terms, however BMC 2 12 010 requires a staggering of terms to ensure that at least one member is
appointed on an annual basis In reviewing the terms of the other currently appointed commissioners
it was determined that a 2 -year appointment to ensure that there will be an appointment made
annually
