WHEREAS, all Local Improvement District bonds issued
in Local Improvement Districts 1 to 87 inclusive, in the
City of Bremerton, Washington, have been fully paid with interest,
and the City of Bremerton has no claim or claims against any
of the real property described in the assessment rolls for said
Local Improvement Districts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C01ULTISSION
OF TEE CITY OF BRMI/.LRTON that the assessment rolls for Local
Improvement Districts 1 to 87 inclusive, be and they are hereby
cancelled, and all the real property described in said
assessment rolls be and the same is hereby declared to be
free from any and all claims or liens insofar as said Local
Improvement Districts or assessment rolls thereof are concerned.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
in regular meeting, this ��'�` day of 1939.
