WHEREAS the County of Kitsap, State of Washington,
foreclosed for general taxes on `
Lot 30, Block 22 Charleston, Kitsap County,
Washington,
and the said property was struck off to the said Kitsap County
at the tax foreclocure sale; and that at the time of such foreclosure
sale, there were delinquent assessments against the said property,
payable to local improvement districts in the City of Charleston
prior to its consolidation with the City of Bremerton, and the City
of Bremerton did pay to Xitsap County the taxes thereon as by lain
provided and now has a Treasurerts Deed to said property, and the
said City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to pay
the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed 4gainst the s uid real
prop
NOW VEEREFORS, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ,CITY COVINISSION
OF THE CITY OF BRIM.12TON that the Mayor or any two of the three
city commissioners of said city of Bremerton and the City Clerk
thereof, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sell
said above described property to
Kitsap Lodge #1339, Loyal Order of 'Moose,
for the cash purchase price of Two Hundred Seventy -three and 73/100
($273.73) Dollars and to execute a deed in the name of the City of
Bremerton, in favor of Kitsap Lodge ,1339, Loyal Order of Moose,
and to deliver the said deed to said purchaser upon payment of the
said purchase price,
Passed by the City Commissi on signed by tivo of - ;the
three City Commissioners, and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ,_ day of 1939.
