R E S O L U T I O N
7 certain city assessments of the City of Charleston
now consolidated with the City of Bremerton, in Local Improvement
Districts, #58 and #60, of said City of Charleston, were certified
to the County Treasurer's office of Kitsap County on august 7,1926
and on October 7,1926, respectively, by the said City of Charleston,
as liens on the following described real property:
Lots 5, 6 7 and 8, Block 27, Charleston,
Kitsap County, Washington,
and
WHEREAS, the said real property has been sold on tax fore-
closure sale to the County of Kitsap and re -sold by the County of
Kitsap to a private owner, and the legal effect of such sale and
re -sale is to nullify and cancel all claims of the City of Bremerton
against said real property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMI42ISSION OF THE
CITY OF BRIlNTIERTON, that all claims of the City of Bremerton to said
lots,arising under and by virtue of the assessments in Local Improve-
ment District §58 and #60, of the City of Charleston, now consolidated
with said City of Bremerton, are hereby declared to be cancelled and
null and void, and said real property is hereby cleared from the
lien of said assessments.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by two of the three City Commissioners and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this Z-5 of
- - -� 1939.

THIS IS TO C'MTIFY, That on this�day of March,1939,
before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the
State of Kashington, duly commissioned and sworn, personally
appeared Carl S.Halverson and C*C.Casad, to me known to be the
City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, and E.gsMeCall,
to me known to be the City Clerk of said City of Bremerton, and
they acknoti7ledged to me that they were duly authorized to
execute said instrument in the name of the City of Bremerton,
and that they signed and sealed the same as the voluntary act
and deed of said City of Bremerton, for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned, and that the seal affixed thereto is the
seal of the said City of Bremerton.
