RESOLUTION
`WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 179, providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of
High Avenue from Eleventh Street to Port Washington Narrows;
Thirteenth Street from Marguerite Avenue to High Avenue and Naval
Avenue from Thirteenth Street to Eleventh Street, has been filed
with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Saturday, the 1st day
of April, 1939, at 10 o'clock A.M. of said day at the Commission
Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the
same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon
said assessment roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the•City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the time and
place of said hearing to all persons who may desire to object to
such assessment roll to make such objections in writing and file
the same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for
such hearing, by written notice to the owner or the reputed owner
of the different properties whose name appears upon said assess-
ment roll, by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days
before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner or
reputed owner at the address of such owner as shown on the tax
bolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on said
list and shall further give notice of such hearing by publishing
such notice at least five (5) times in the official news aper,
the last publication of which shall be at least fifteen p (15) days
prior to the date herein fixed for said hearing. The above men-
tioned improvements include the construction of a system of storm
and sanitary sewers and appurtenances and provide for pumping
equipment and disposal lines to carry sanitary sewage to Naval
Avenue and Thirteenth Street.
Passed by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested
by t�e City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 2-6"- day
