WHERZAS, the City Treasurer of the City of Bremerton has
worked out a plan whereby property owners of the City of Brenerton
owing local improvement district assessments on their property can
make monthly payments of not less than 65.00 per month on said
assessments to the said City Treasurer, which said plan has been
presented to and approved by the Washington State Department of
Municipal Corporations, and
WHEREAS, the said plan will be a convenience to said
property owners and will in many cases facilitate the collection
of L.I.D. assessments,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City
Treasurer of the City of Bremerton is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to establish and set up a plan and system whereby
property owners can make monthly payments of not less than $5.00 per
month on city assessments and interest thereon, due or to become
due by said property owners, and to create a cash and warrant fund
to be known as "L.I.D. SUSPENSE yuND" for the handling of such
installment payments as shall be made to the City Treasurer,
which said "L.I.D. Suspense Fund" shall be established and set up

Passed and approved by the City Commission of the City
of Bremerton, signed by two of the three'City Commissioners, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
18th day of March, 19390
