RESOLUTION
NH1M...43, it is necessary and advisable that certain Local—
Improvement District Bonds, in Local Improvement Districts of tbe
City of Bremerton, hereinafter mentioned, be executed by the
proper authorities of the City of Bremerton, and
i C.S.Halverson is the Commissioner of Finance
of the City of Bremerton, the said City of Bremerton being a Citv
of the Second Class, operating under a Commission form of government,
and is acting as Mayor during the inability of T.A.Knabb,
NOS KREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Commi.ssi on
of the City of Bremerton do hereby authorize and instruct C.S.Halver-
son, as Commissioner of Finance, to sign bonds for and on behalf
of the City of Bremerton under the designation, 9 , Acting Mayor,"
and the City Clerk to attest his signature, on bands of Local
Improvement Districts numbered 182, 185 186, 187 188, 189 and 191,
BE IT FUMiZP RE30LVED that the bonds of said districts
as prepared by the City Clerk and now in his hands, be and the
same are in every respect approved as to form, and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to affix the signtLtures of
C.a.Halvcrson as hating Mayor and the City Clerk by fac similie
on the coupons attached to said bonds after said original bonds
have been signed.
BE IT FURTBF11 RESOLVED that an emergency exists and this
Resolution shall take immediate effect upon si=7natvre of a majority
of the City Cords s ion.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by two of the three City Comiss loners, and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 8 of
