WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Bremerton
deems it desirable and advantageous to call all outstanding
Bremerton Water Revenue Bonds 1929, issued by the City of
Bremerton on July1, 1929, pursuant to Ordinance #901 of the
City of Bremerton, and pay the said outstanding bonds on
July 1,1939, on which date said outstanding bonds are subject
to call, providing suitable arrangements can be made for the
sale and disposal of refunding bonds at a lower rate of
interest,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
City Commission of the City of Bremerton, that the City Treasurer
of the City of Bremerton be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to call for bids for refunding bonds, to be issued and
sold under the provisions of Chapter 81, Laws of Washington,1935,
for the purpose of paying off and retiring outstanding Bremerton
Water Revenue Bonds 1929, amounting to $75,000.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED bN7 the City Commission, signed by
two of the three City Commissioners,and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage, this / of Apri1,1939.
