SUMMARY: The City is seeking approval to exercise its option to extend the current contract with
Fire One, Inc for monitoring and maintenance of fire /security systems for City facilities The
Department requests approval to exercise the option to extend the contract for an additional two (2)
year term

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Total annual cost of contract is $68,000 00 per
year, which matches the budgeted amount for both 2012 and 2013
