SPECIAL WARRANTY FULFILLMENT DEED
THE GRANTOR, Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, a public body
corporate and politic of the State of Washington, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10 00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, conveys and specially warrants
to the City of Bremerton, Washington, a municipal corporation, having its principal business
address at 345 6 Street, Suite 600, Bremerton, Washington 98337, the following described real
estate, situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington
Units 5A and 6 of Bremerton Government Center, a condominium
(a "Condominium "), per Condominium Declaration recorded under Auditor's
No 200409300447 and Survey Map and Plans filed under Auditor's
No 200409300446, records of Kitsap County, Washington
The Grantor, for it and for its successors in interest, does by these presents expressly limit
the covenants of this Deed to those herein expressed, and excludes all covenants arising or to arise
by statutory or other implications, and does hereby covenant that against all persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim by, through or under said Grantor and not otherwise, it will forever
warrant and defend the said described real estate
