SUMMARY: The attached ordinance is a housekeeping measure RCW 42 56 230 and RCW
82 32 330 exempt specific confidential and proprietary taxpayer information from public disclosure In
order for the City to be in compliance with the State statute, we need to align our BMC exemption
with those found in RCW 42 56 230 and RCW 82 32 330
