SUMMARY: The proposed resolution identifies the City's ability and commitment to provide sewer
service to the adjacent UGAs based on the revised population densities that are required by the
Central Puget Sound Growth Management Hearings Board A Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) has
been developed by City staff that addresses the sewer facilities required to provide service to the
Gorst, West Bremerton, and East Bremerton UGAs by 2025
