SUMMARY: Connection - Credit Union has been established its presence in downtown Bremerton at
Fire Station #1 The original Credit Union lease was established for one year, and that time frame is
expiring This Lease Agreement is the same terms and conditions except for a 2 9% increase in the
rate and a 2 year term agreement
ATTACHMENTS: Lease Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Connection ,Credit Union
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Would generate $4320 dollars of revenue in 2012
plus Lease Hold Excise Tax
