SUMMARY: The City received funding from the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) to make
intersection improvements at the 11 Street and Warren Avenue (SR 303) intersection The project
additionally includes installation of a signal at 13 Street and Warre, Avenue paid for by Olympic
College The City advertised the project on July 17 nd ec ived bids on August 7 The

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The project is a mixture of grant funding, City
match, and contribution from Olympic College The 2012 budget for 11 Street is $1,178,000, and is
grant funded at 86 5% The work associated with the 13 Street Signal will be paid by Olympic
College (including any over - runs), and will be included in an end of year budget adjustment
