Park Avenue Plaza Garage — Phase II
Phase II-C
This modification/supplemental service is entered into between the City of Bremerton,
Washmgton Mumcipal Corporation ("Crty") and Loraa� Partners LLC (Pro�ect Supervision)
The Parties agree as follows
A Scope of Work — Lorax Partners will provide Phase II Park Avenue Plaza pro�ect close-
out supervision for all phases of the work remaimng on 4 Street, Park Avenue, Park
Avenue/4 Street mtersection, alley improvements and utilrty undergroundmg, garage
cladding, and pump house Specifically excluded from scope is contractor fee and
change order negotiations and contractor directives
B Fee The fee for services under tlus Phase II-C is Seventy Five Thousand Dollars
($75,000) for the period from Apnl 1, 2012 through July 30, 2012 It mcludes not to
exceed One Hundred Sixty Seven (167) hours on or after June 1, 2012
