SUMMARY The Six -Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is prepared pursuant
to RCW 35 77 010 The TIP is updated annually and filed with the Secretary of
Transportation, Local Programs Office It is intended as a planning tool for the local, State
and Federal transportation funding entities The TIP has been prepared for City Council
approval by Resolution prior to submittal to the Washington State Department of
Transportation This TIP is consistent with Bremerton's Comprehensive and Non - Motorized
Transportation Plans
ATTACHMENTS: 2013 — 2018 Six Year TIP, Council Summary, Resolution No 3 OL
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) None Annual adoption of a six - year TIP is
required by State law, and is nPrPCCary to receive certain State and Federal Transportation
funds The TIP includes $ 4,119SDm projects over the 6 -year planning period

Move to approve Resolution No 304 , which approves the City's 2013 — 2018 Six -Year
Transportation Improvement Plan, and direct the Mayor to forward the Resolution and Plan
to the Department of Transportation, Local Programs Office
