SUMMARY: The most recent update to the Wastewater System Comprehensive Plan was prepared
in August 2005 in accordance with WAC 173 - 240 -020 and WAC 173 - 240 -050 The Plan is typically
updated every five to seven years in order to stay current on changes in the system, ensure existing
and future system capacity, and provide a program for improvements to maintain and expand the
system due to aging infrastructure and growth
Six consultants were solicited to submit proposals to update the Plan DR of Bellevue, WA was
selected and a professional services agreement was negotiated for $
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Council Summary, 2) Agreement,
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) This contract is fully funded $330,000 has been
included in the 2012 Budget for this project
