SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton requires a Contractor to install radio antennas for the City's
SCADA system, Police, Fire, Cencom, Public Works and the Emergency Operations Center
communications on the City's existing radio tower The tower is located at 100 Oyster Bay Avenue
and was installed in February 2012
Valmont Industries, Inc , was selected from the state bid list under WSCA Contract 02702 for the
purchase and installation of the tower at $47,798 12, including sales tax

Move to award a contract in the amount of $47,798 12 (including sales tax) with Valmont Industries,
Inc , for installation of the radio tower antennas at 100 Oyster Bay Avenue and authorize the Mayor
to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented
