'�-IIS RENTAL AGREEN�ENT, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement ", nr�ade and entered into
betriveen the CYTY' OF BREMERTON, whose address xs 345 Sixth Street, Stute 600, Bremerton,
WA 98337, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord" and Pt. Gambl� S'T�lallam Tr�bal Pol�ce,
hereinafter referred to as "Tenant".
NO'W', THEREFQRE, in consideration o�the terms, condit�ons, co�renants and performances
contained herein, �T IS MC.I'TY7AT,LY AGktEED AS FOLLOWS.
1 n�SC�tIPTION QF P12EMYSES The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant the
followmg described premises for up to tlurt�' (30) days in any calendar year•
F7R1NC� 12.ANGE• Located 1 /4 mile north of the Grold Mountatn Gol� Course on
the 01d Belfa�r Highrnra�, 6581 '�il'est Old Valley Road, Bremerton, Washington
98312
Days of use shall be scheduled thrrty (30) days in advance and will be accomodated on a 5rst
scheduled basis.
2`rEY2M• This agreement shall become effective on March 23, 2012 for up to one year,
and ending on December 31, 2012 T]us agreement shall automatically be renewed on a
calendar year basis unless vvntten notice of termxnation is grven by eithez party by the
proceeding r�onth of any such year l
3�NTAY, Yt.ATE The Te�ant shall pay rent to the Landlord for the prerulses at the
follo�tring rate Seventy-Fave Dolrar^s ar�d N'o Cents ($75 00) per day, in adv'ance.
4 E�ENSES Tenant sha11 supply all weapons, ammunition, targets and other supphes
used in the target e�cerclse
5 MAINTEIV�AN'C� AND RE]PATI� The Landlord shall, unless herein specif ed to the
contrar�', mai.ntain the premises �n good repair and tenant able condit�on duruig the
continuanee of this agreernent, except in ease of d�mage arising from the negl�gence of
the Tenant's agents or emloyees For the purposes of so main�iirraz�g the premYSes, the
o�rner reserves the right, at reasonable times, to enter and inspect the premises and to
malre any necessary repa�rs to the buidling Tenant shall clean un all earba�e and
debris after use
6 T�RMINATIOI�: Thts agreement may be terminated by e�ther party, without cause, by
givrng written not�ce of not less than th�x�ty' (30) days prior to the effect�ve date of
termination. Pro-rata xefunds for the remax�a�ng pre-paid rental ternn shall be refunded to
Tenant should exther part�' initiate temiuiat�on.
7 Y2ANG�E SUPER'VTSYON Tenant shall provide and require the presence of a qual�x�'ied
range officer �at all times during whrch the tenant's personnel are using the premtses. To
2�ssure safe operat�ons, the range officer sha11 have full authonty and zesponsibilrty to

direct the acriviries of those usuig the range and shall halt any activity' £ound to be unduly
k�azardous
8. HOLD �AR1V�1��+ SS Yt is understood and agreed that thts agreement Ys solely' for ihe
benefit of the parties hereto and giv'es no iight to any other pa�rt�', N'o joint venture ox
partnersYup is �ormed as a result of this agreement �ach part�y hereto agrees to be
responsible for �ts o'am acts or omissions, or those of xts officers, agents, or employees,
and agrees to save, �ndemmfy, defend, and hold othe other party haxmless from any such
liability. Yn the case of negligence of both the Tenant and the Landlord, any damages
allo�uved shall be levied � proportion to the pereet�tage of neglrgence attrtbutable to each
part�r, and each party shall ha�e the right to seek contribution from the othe�c party in
proportion to the percentage o� negligence attributable to the other �arty.
