SUMMARY Three proposals were received in response to a request from the City for furnishing -
12 5% bulk sodium hypochlonte to the Westside WWTP JCI Jones Chemicals Inc in Tacoma, WA
submitted the lowest responsive proposal at $0 61 gallon delivered, which includes freight and taxes
This award to the supplier will have firm pricing for a period of one year, from the time the proposal
agreement is signed

Olin Chlor Alkali Products

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to ap a the proposal to purchase bulk 12 5% sodium
hypochlonte solution for a period of one year from JCI Jones Chemicals Inc at a cost of $0 61 per
gallon delivered and authorize the Wastewater Manager to make these purchases on an as needed
basis
