SUMMARY: This Ordinance amends the provisions of BMC 13 04 140 by allowing alcohol within the
Louis Mentor Boardwalk when permitted by the Washington Liquor Control Board, and when service
of liquor is administered by the operator of the Kitsap Conference Center or the event or- ae4wty-+s
ad by the City
